"Just got off the phone with Jenny, soooo sweet and nice. I was in a jam with my reservation as it pertains to a bad weather event and my company deciding to move the event to March. She was calm, cool, and collected and not only helped me cancel without penalty but she helped me rebook under our company block with same reservation number! She is a real credit to this location."

"Hotel was nice and customer service was AMAZING! The breakfast for me was sub-par (cold and hot foods offered). I dont recommend their breakfast at all. Everything else was great!"

"Great hotel! Came for hockey tournament, staff was so nice to give us a conference room so the kids can play their knee hockey! Instead of playing it in a lobby - unfortunately kids are unstoppable I really wish that every hotel will have a such a smart staff!!!"

"Great hotel. Everything is clean except for the general hallway areas on the floors. The place is nice. The rooms are clean and comfortable. Food is very good and the concierge lounge is excellent. Short walks to some great restaurants."

"We stayed a weekend in September 2025. The room was clean, we were given a high floor as requested. The ice machine worked. The pool was nice, although it didn't connect to the indoor half as I had hoped. There were no bedbugs. The mattresses were very firm, too firm for me but acceptable. The staff were friendly enough. The place didn't smell bad. Good location for what we were doing. The fridge worked, the shower had hot water that..."

"I enjoyed my stay but the thermostats would not go to a lower temperature but after 12 am it got cooler.The ice machine didn’t work and breakfast was not included in our package. The elevators close up really early .Overall it was a nice visit."
